Meillä on tällä hetkellä yksi lemmikkihuone, Erämaa, johon lemmikit ovat tervetulleita. Lemmikkimaksu on 10 €/lemmikki/varaus. Ilmoitathan mukanasi tulevasta lemmikistä meille ennakkoon.
Yhden hengen huoneessa voi majoittua yksi henkilö ja kahden hengen huoneessa kaksi. Joihinkin huoneisiin on saatavilla lisävuode esimerkiksi lasta varten hintaan 25 €/vrk. Lisävuodehinta sisältää liinavaatteet, pyhhkeen ja aamiaisen. Lisävuode suositellaan varattavan etukäteen.
Huonehinta sisältää iltasaunamahdollisuuden eli oman tunnin saunavuoron alakerran saunatiloissamme, maittavan ja monipuolisen buffetaamiaisen, ilmaisen wifin sekä viihtyisien yhteistilojemme sekä hyvinvarustellun keittömme vapaan käytön vierailun ajan. Kesäaikaan vieraidemme käytössä on myös grilli.
Hallin kylätaajaman palvelut sijaitsevat lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Lähin ruokakauppa, K-Market Hokka, sijaitsee 500 metrin päässä Villa Klubirannasta, samoin kuin apteekki, bensa-asema ja pankkiautomaatti. Ravintola Hallin Janneen on lyhyt 300 metrin kävelymatka.
Kahvilaan pääsee pyörätuolilla avustettuna ja kahvilapuolella asiakkaillamme on käytössä esteetön wc, mutta valitettavasti majoitustilamme eivät ole esteettömiä. Jos olet tulossa kahvilaan ja tarvitse avustusta siirrettävien ramppien asennuksessa, autamme erittäin mielellämme. Pyörätuoli ei siis ole este kahvilaan pistäytymiselle.
Kyllä löytyy, sekä matka- että pinnasänky. Mainitsethan siis etukäteen, että saavut vauvan kanssa, niin laitamme perheen pienimmänkin pedin kuntoon ennen saapumistanne. Tiloistamme löytyy myös vauvan hoitopöytä sekä syöttötuoleja.
Lupaamme huoneen käyttöösi klo 15, mutta mikäli huone on vapaa ja siivottu, voi majoittumaan päästä jo aiemmin.
Huone tulee luovuttaa klo 12 mennessä, jotta ehdimme siivota sen ennen seuraavien vieraidemme saapumista.
Laskutamme pääsääntöisesti yhteistyökumppaneita sekä yritysasiakkaita ja laskutuksesta tulee aina sopia etukäteen. Laskutuksesta sovittuamme toivomme saavamme laskutusohjeenne viitetietoineen ja laskutamme ensisijaisesti verkkolaskuna. Laskutuslisää perimme 9,00 € / lasku.
Villa Klubirannan etupihalla on runsaasti parkkitilaa henkilöautoille ja meille mahtuu pysäköimään myös isommilla kuorma-autoilla. Pihassa on myös kahden auton autokatos, johon auton voi jättää sen ollessa vapaana. Emma ota varauksia vastaan autokatospaikoista vaan paikat täytetään saapumisjärjestyksessä.
Meille voit saapua myös helikopterilla, olemmehan ilmailuhistoriallisella paikkakunnalla, ja Villa Klubirannan laajalle ja tasaiselle takapihalle mahtuu tarvittaessa useampikin kopteri. Secto Ralleihin helikopterilla saapuville olemmekin siis oiva majoituskohde myös tästä syystä.
